Rix.GG, a top and fast-growing UK esports organisation, announces Robin “Xavalosh” Willmes will no longer be the team manager for the VALORANT Thunder team.

Robin “Xavalosh” Willmes did not successfully pass the probationary period of his contract with Rix.GG. In the interim, Zack “cZer” Chandler will be stepping in to cover the role of VALORANT manager.

Jamie Lewis, founder and CEO, said: “Rix.GG is committed to the safety and well-being of our players, staff, and community — Robin “Xavalosh” Willmes did not meet the standards we expect from our employees. Zack will be stepping in to fill the role as VALORANT manager until a suitable replacement for the role can be found.”
