Rix.GG, a top UK esports organisation, announces both Mike “Mikeboy” Verkuijlen and Maarten “Oscillon” van Zee have been pre-selected by the Dutch Esports Academy (DESA) to play on eTeamNL during the qualifiers for the Intel World Open (IWO).
Last night on the live broadcast of the Keuken Kampioen Division Esports Predator Fan Competition on ESPN and Twitch the full roster was announced.
The full eTeamNL roster, as part of the DESA preselection, is:
- Mike “Mikeboy” Verkuijlen
- Maarten “Oscillon” van Zee
- Thomas “ThO” Binkhorst (Guild)
- Ole “Oaly” van Doorn (Wolves)
According to the DESA, there is the possibility of adding more players to participate in the qualifying round. A boot camp for the team has been organised by DESA and is set to take place over the weekend.
Jan Hoffmann, Rix.GG Chief Operating Officer, said: “It is a great opportunity for Mike and Maarten to represent the Netherlands at the Intel World Open qualifiers. Best of luck in the competition, everyone at Rix.GG will be cheering you on!”
